Our Review
Swift Dispatch Services is a newer Phoenix-based dispatch company not to be confused with Swift Transportation (the mega-carrier). They offer basic dispatching services focused on the Southwest region. Limited track record and small operation mean higher risk for carriers, but their pricing is competitive.
Pros
- Knowledge of Southwest and Sun Belt freight markets
- Competitive pricing for basic dispatch services
- Quick onboarding with minimal requirements
- No long-term contracts
- Handles dry van, flatbed, and hotshot
Cons
- Name confusion with Swift Transportation (mega-carrier)
- Very small team with limited capacity
- Minimal online presence and reviews make due diligence difficult
- No technology platform or driver tools
- Limited broker network outside of Southwest region
Our Verdict
Swift Dispatch Services is a small, regional dispatch operation that can serve Southwest-based carriers adequately at competitive prices. However, their limited track record, small team, and name confusion with the mega-carrier are legitimate concerns. Proceed with caution and verify their current operations before committing. Better options exist for carriers running lanes outside the Southwest.
Pricing & Fees
Budget-friendly pricing to attract carriers in the competitive Southwest market. Simple percentage model with no additional fees. Rates are negotiable for consistent volume.
