Our Mission
USA Trucker Choice exists to help owner-operators, fleet owners, and trucking professionals make better decisions about the products and services they rely on every day. We do this through independent, data-driven reviews that apply the same transparent scoring methodology to every product we evaluate. Our goal is to be the most trusted source of trucking product information — a resource you turn to before making any purchasing decision.
How We Score Products
Every product review on USA Trucker Choice is scored across five standardized categories. Each category is weighted based on its importance to trucking professionals, and the final score is a weighted average on a 0-100 scale. Here is what we evaluate and how much each category counts:
Pricing & Value
20%We evaluate the total cost of ownership including base pricing, hidden fees, contract terms, discounts for fleet size, and overall value relative to what you get. Products that offer transparent, competitive pricing with flexible terms score highest.
Service Quality
25%The core product or service must deliver on its promises. We assess reliability, accuracy, feature completeness, and real-world performance based on documented capabilities and user-reported experiences. This is the highest-weighted category because it matters most to your bottom line.
Technology & Innovation
20%Modern trucking demands modern tools. We evaluate the technology stack, mobile app quality, API integrations, reporting dashboards, automation features, and how well the product keeps pace with industry changes.
Transparency & Reputation
15%We research company history, Better Business Bureau ratings, online reputation, contract clarity, and how upfront companies are about their pricing and terms. Companies that operate with integrity and openness earn higher marks.
Customer Support
20%When something goes wrong on the road, you need help fast. We evaluate support channel availability (phone, chat, email), response times, hours of operation, onboarding assistance, and the quality of self-service resources like knowledge bases and documentation.

Our Editorial Principles
These principles guide every review, comparison, and recommendation we publish. They are non-negotiable.
Independence First
Our editorial team makes all scoring decisions independently. No advertiser, affiliate partner, or sponsor can influence a product's score or ranking. Reviews are written and scored before any commercial relationship is discussed.
Consistent Methodology
Every product in a category is evaluated using the same criteria and weighting. We do not create special scoring rubrics for individual products. This ensures apples-to-apples comparisons across every review.
Data Over Opinions
We prioritize verifiable facts — published pricing, documented features, publicly available reputation data, and measurable performance metrics. Where subjective judgment is necessary, we explain our reasoning clearly.
Full Disclosure
We clearly label affiliate links and advertising content. Our About page discloses any ownership connections to companies we review. We believe you deserve to know our potential biases so you can evaluate our recommendations accordingly.
Accountability
If we get something wrong, we want to know. Every review page includes information on how to submit corrections, and we commit to investigating and updating content when credible new information is presented.
Affiliate Disclosure
Some links on USA Trucker Choice are affiliate links. This means that if you click through and sign up for a product or service, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This is one of the ways we fund the research and development that goes into our reviews.
Affiliate relationships never influence our scores or rankings. Products are scored using the same methodology whether or not we have an affiliate relationship with the company. In some cases, we review and recommend products from which we earn no commission at all. In other cases, products with affiliate partnerships receive below-average scores because they did not meet our standards.
Where affiliate links are present, we clearly label them. We believe transparency is the foundation of trust, and we would rather lose a commission than compromise our credibility.
Ownership Disclosure
USA Trucker Choice is operated by the same team behind O Trucking and Truck Dispatch Experts. Both of these services are reviewed on our platform, and we disclose this ownership connection on their respective review pages and on our About page.
These products are reviewed using the exact same methodology as every other product. We do not give ourselves inflated scores. In fact, we hold our own products to a higher standard because our credibility depends on it. You can verify this by comparing our self-reviews with independent assessments of the same products.
How Often We Update Reviews
The trucking industry moves fast, and product offerings change regularly. We follow this update schedule to keep our reviews accurate:
- Quarterly:Pricing verification, feature updates, and score adjustments for all reviewed products.
- As needed:Immediate updates when a company announces major pricing changes, new features, acquisitions, or service disruptions.
- Annually:Full re-evaluation of every product, including updated competitive analysis and fresh user sentiment research.
Each review page displays a "Last Updated" date so you know how current the information is.
Suggest a Correction
We take accuracy seriously. If you believe any information in our reviews is incorrect, outdated, or misleading, we want to hear from you. Here is how to submit a correction:
- Email us at info@usatruckerchoice.com with the subject line "Review Correction Request."
- Include the URL of the page containing the error and a specific description of what needs to be corrected.
- If possible, provide a source or evidence supporting the correction (e.g., a link to the company's updated pricing page).
We review all correction requests within 5 business days. If the correction is valid, we will update the review and note the change. If we disagree with the correction, we will explain our reasoning.
For Companies We Review
If you represent a company reviewed on USA Trucker Choice and believe our review contains factual errors, we encourage you to reach out using the correction process above. We are committed to getting the facts right.
However, we do not modify scores or rankings in exchange for advertising, sponsorship, or any other commercial arrangement. Our editorial integrity is not for sale. Companies that attempt to influence their scores through commercial pressure will have that behavior noted in their review.
