Our dispatch fee ranges from 5-8% of gross revenue depending on equipment type and load volume. There are no setup fees, no monthly minimums, and no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. The fee only applies to loads we book — you keep 100% of revenue on loads you find yourself.

Yes, you need your own MC authority, DOT number, and active insurance to use our dispatch service. We dispatch under your authority, which means you own the shipper relationships and business data. If you don't have authority yet, we can connect you with resources to get set up.

We dispatch all major equipment types: dry van, reefer, flatbed, step deck, hotshot, box truck, car hauler, tanker, power only, and intermodal. Each equipment type has a dedicated dispatch team with specialized knowledge of that freight market.

We use a combination of direct shipper relationships, broker partnerships, and load board monitoring across DAT, Truckstop, and proprietary sources. About 60% of our loads come from direct shipper contracts that aren't posted on public load boards, which is why our rates average 10-25% above spot market.

Absolutely. We present load options with all details — rate, miles, pickup/delivery times, shipper reputation, and any known issues. You make the final decision on every load. There is no forced dispatch. If a load doesn't work for you, we find an alternative.
