Our Review
Superior Trucking Dispatch is a Dallas-based dispatch service offering competitive rates for owner-operators. They market aggressively and promise high rates per mile, but the actual service delivery is average. A decent budget option if you manage expectations, but the name oversells the experience.
Pros
- Competitive pricing, especially for high-volume carriers
- Strong Texas and Southern freight lane knowledge
- Quick onboarding process — can start within 24 hours
- Month-to-month contracts with easy cancellation
- Handles most standard equipment types
Cons
- Marketing promises often exceed actual service delivery
- High dispatcher turnover leads to inconsistency
- Limited technology — communication primarily via phone and text
- After-hours support is unreliable
Our Verdict
Superior Trucking Dispatch offers a budget-friendly entry point to dispatch services. If you need basic dispatching at a low cost and are comfortable managing some things yourself, they will get the job done. Just do not expect premium service at budget prices — the marketing overpromises relative to the actual experience.
Pricing & Fees
Aggressive pricing to win market share. Lower rates than most competitors, but the service level reflects the lower price point. No hidden fees, but also fewer included services.
